Every voice agent vendor charges per minute. Most agencies won't tell you the underlying numbers. We will.

What a minute costs us (the platform layer): $0.07–$0.31 depending on stack. GoHighLevel runs $0.13/min all-in for voice + STT + TTS. Retell base is $0.07/min plus LLM. Vapi runs $0.13–$0.31. ElevenLabs voice alone is ~$0.04/min.

What that minute is worth to your business: A receptionist costs $25/hr loaded. One hour of receptionist time = 60 minutes. We charge $0.50/min overage on the Growth tier.
