How does the AI handle showing requests for occupied listings?
The AI checks the listing's showing instructions in the MLS or your CRM. For occupied listings requiring seller approval, it offers two times and tells the buyer "I'll confirm in the next hour" — then triggers a workflow to your listing agent for approval. Confirmed time is texted back to the buyer.
What about real estate compliance — does the AI follow up like a licensed agent?
The AI is a triage and scheduling tool, not a licensed agent. It does not make representations about property condition, market value, or fiduciary advice. It identifies itself as an assistant, captures the lead, and books with a licensed agent. Compliance language is configurable per state.
Can the AI run open-house follow-up?
